The location of this guest house is fantastic, as it is situated right on the beachfront. This makes it very convenient for families who want to spend time at the beach or take walks along the seafront. there is a food store nearby, which is perfect for stocking up on supplies. Lastly, the property itself is in a prime location, with the sea just a stone's throw away.
Some guests mentioned that the noise from other people coming in and out of the guest house throughout the night was bothersome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, bright, and clean, with a modern interior. The bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of plug sockets in the room. The rainwater shower was lovely. The hotel's location was great, as it was just a short walk to the beachfront and close to the city centre. We loved the fact that it was away from the noise but still within easy reach of everything. there was a cafe nearby, convenient for grabbing a quick bite.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated in a lovely part of town within walking distance of Brighton Pier and the main bars and shops. The rooms are well-equipped with many amenities, including a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The breakfast included in the stay is also a nice touch, ensuring a good start to the day.
